As a company providing real estate, construction, engineering, and consultancy services, most payments are tied to work progress. Therefore, refunds are handled as follows:

1.1 Non-Refundable Payments

Payments made for:

  • Consultancy or advisory services

  • Project planning or design work

  • Engineering reports or documentation

  • Initial project mobilization
    are non-refundable, as these services involve time, resources, and professional labor already spent

2. Project Work & Deliverables

2.1 Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be considered only if:

  • Work has not started

  • No resources have been allocated

  • The cancellation request is made within the agreed timeframe

2.2 No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Project work has already begun

  • Materials have been procured

  • Labor or technical resources have been deployed

  • Client delays or changes have impacted the project

  • The client cancels after approval of designs, plans, or deliverables

3. Material Supply & Procurement

If Mark Global Ltd. procures construction materials, machinery, or equipment on behalf of a client:

3.1 Return Policy

  • Materials delivered and accepted cannot be returned

  • Special-order or customized materials are strictly non-returnable

  • Returns may be accepted only if supplier/manufacturer offers a return option

3.2 Refund Policy for Materials

Refunds for returned materials (if applicable) will be processed after:

  • Supplier verification

  • Deduction of handling, transportation, and restocking fees

4. Advance Payments

Advance payments made to start a project or secure materials are used for:

  • Booking resources

  • Labor arrangements

  • Procurement

  • Project preparation

Therefore, advance payments are generally non-refundable unless Mark Global Ltd. is unable to begin the project due to internal reasons.

5. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to:
